We are an in-network provider for Medicare and most PPO insurance plans. If you have any questions regarding insurance participation or acceptance of your specific healthcare plan, please contact your insurance company directly.


All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. Our office accepts cash, check, Visa and Master Card. We are also happy to arrange payment plans.

We look forward to meeting you, and are accepting new patients. 


Initial appointments are generally longer than subsequent appointments. We are currently booking new patient appointments 3-4 weeks out.


Please contact our staff during office hours at: 805.648.2016 to schedule your visit.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to provide 24 hours notice.

Please bring your completed forms which we will mail to you upon scheduling, photo ID and insurance card(s) to your appointment. 


Initial appointments are longer than follow-up visits. Please arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to your designated appointment time so our staff may process your information and provide time for Dr. McGuire to review your intake forms and medical history thoroughly.

Meet Our In-Office Staff

Veronica assists with patient coordination and scheduling, and serves as our supplies manager.

Tamra assists with patient coordination and scheduling, and serves as our primary contact for surgeries.

Alison assists with patient coordination and scheduling, and serves as the medical scribe and in-room assistant for Dr. McGuire.
